It's a real talent to be able to stop. We're a very busy species that transitions from one thing to another without pause, and that's why life can move pretty fast. Stopping, breathing, and looking upon the surroundings can recentre a person. A simple thing as embracing the sun and feeling warmth on the skin can withdraw a person from their rabbit hole mind. They'll suddenly find themselves thoughtless, noiseless and contented. A simple trick that once mastered, can make everything under the sun seem not so bad after all.

When new dawn breaks, the Sun begins to rise, and we’ll see the green pastures soon.

The brilliance of light will overwhelm our eyes, and for a time we’ll forget about the moon.

The Sun will smile upon us, and we’ll remember to smile in return. Live a moment of solidarity and bask under the warm splendour.

The silent song of peacefulness, we’ll relish and learn. Embracing the radiance now and forever.

We are all so busy, so busy with our labours. Our time is now, not before or after.

If we’d stop for just one minute and spare it for our neighbours, the clock shall be filled with memories and laughter.

Though the shorthand moves too fast, and the day slowly draws to an end. We sit next to the ones we love while the birds sing their final tune.

Reflecting upon the day, we wave goodbye to our friend. In those pastures once again, we’re greeted by the moon.
